Sesi Motors sets up personalized websites for customers who buy new and used vehicles at its Lincoln and Mazda stores under a program to boost customer retention.

The Ann Arbor, Mich., dealership group plans to make the websites available to buyers at its Volvo store in February, said owner Joe Sesi.

The websites are a way for Sesi's dealerships to communicate one-on-one with customers about topics such as maintenance schedules, lease pull-ahead deals and vehicle introductions.
